Regulations

Art. 1 – Purpose of the Platform

The platform aims to create a private, collaborative, and exclusive environment where industry professionals can connect to buy and sell valuable cars, either owned or on behalf of third-party clients. The platform promotes transparency, fairness, and mutual respect among its members.

Art. 2 – Scope of Application

The platform is exclusively for qualified professionals authorized to operate on behalf of third parties or directly, such as dealers, intermediaries, brokers, consultants, or agents. The items subject to transactions include luxury cars, supercars, hypercars, and historically and collectible vehicles

Art. 3 – Access Requirements

• Access is reserved for verified professionals who have demonstrated experience in the sector and operate in compliance with current regulations.
• Every member must sign this regulation and accept the platform’s terms of use.
• Registration is subject to a verification process, including the submission of professional documentation and references.
• Access is authorized upon payment, according to the agreements established with the management.

Art. 4 – Usage Modalities
The platform allows users to:

• Publish the availability of off-market cars for sale.
• Consult sales offers on the platform.
• Contact or be contacted by other registered users in the Club.
• The first contact between registered users must occur through the platform, and the platform reserves the right to track this initial contact for its commercial purposes.

Art. 5 – Responsibilities and Limitations

• The platform is not a party to transactions and does not assume any responsibility for disputes between users.
• Any disputes must be resolved directly between the parties.
• The platform reserves the right to suspend or exclude users who violate this regulation or the Club’s code of ethics.

Art. 6 – Monitoring and Sanctions
The platform reserves the right to monitor activities to ensure compliance with the rules and values of the community. Violations of the regulations may result in sanctions, including:

• Formal warnings.
• Temporary suspension of the account.
• Permanent expulsion from the platform.

Art. 7 – Changes to the Regulation
The platform reserves the right to update this regulation to ensure optimal functioning and compliance with regulations. Users will be informed of any changes and must accept the new terms in order to continue using the service.

Art. 8 – Acceptance and Adherence
Using the platform implies full and unconditional acceptance of this regulation. Each user is required to carefully read the terms and operate in compliance with them.
