This Code of Ethics represents a shared commitment to respecting the rules, professionalism, and transparency in operations within the Club. Each dealer is responsible for ensuring that their actions are in line with these values, thereby contributing to the creation of an ethical, respectful, and high-quality business environment.
Code of Ethics
1. Reliability and Honesty
- Dealers must act with the utmost integrity and honesty at every stage of the transaction, both with clients and other dealers.
- Any form of deception, omission of relevant information, or misleading representations regarding the condition, value, or origin of vehicles is prohibited.
- All information related to the vehicles must be accurate, complete, and transparent.
2. Transparency in Communication
- Information about vehicles, including any defects or past issues, must be communicated clearly and accurately.
- The description of vehicles and their condition must be true to reality, with particular attention to characteristics that affect the value and quality of luxury cars.
- Any disputes or disagreements must be resolved transparently and in good faith.
3. Compliance with Legal Standards
- Dealers must comply with all local, national, and international regulations applicable to the buying and selling of luxury cars.
- Consumer protection laws, commercial law, tax regulations, and environmental protection laws must be observed.
- Any manipulation of vehicle documentation, money laundering, or other illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
4. Respect for Quality Standards
- Dealers must adhere to quality standards for both the vehicles sold and the services provided to clients.
- All vehicles must meet the declared conditions before the sale.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- Dealers must respect the privacy of clients, colleagues, and the confidentiality of personal and financial information collected during the sales process.
- Any personal data collected must be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, avoiding any misuse or unauthorized disclosure.
6. Fair Competition
- The platform promotes healthy and fair competition among dealers, prohibiting unfair or anti-competitive business practices.
- It is forbidden to disparage or discredit other dealers, either inside or outside the platform, or to adopt unfair tactics to steal clients from other network members.
7. Social and Environmental Responsibility
- Dealers are encouraged to promote sustainable and environmentally responsible business practices.
- Operations must respect the environment, and dealers must take measures to reduce the environmental impact of their business.
- Dealers must also operate in a manner that respects human rights, both locally and internationally.
8. Sanctions for Violating the Code of Ethics
- Violating one or more principles of this Code of Ethics may result in disciplinary actions, which may include suspension or expulsion from the platform.
